We are a small-batch, from-scratch bakery using local eggs from pasture-raised chickens, gluten-free flours, and unrefined sugars. We specialize in breakfast pastries, treats, and granola, creating unrefined sugar and gluten-free baked goodness. We also offer vegan options. 

Farmers' Markets & Special events

We sell directly to our customers through our stand at local farmers' markets and other special events. We participate in the Dillsburg Farmers' Market every Saturday (May - Nov.) with our PopUp Shop food trailer, serving Little Amps Coffee, real fruit smoothies, iced chai lattes, in addition to our in-house baked goods. You can also find us every Wednesday (May - Dec.) at Farmers on the Square in Carlisle with our baked goods. At our special events and markets you can find a range of our items for sale: cookies, brownies, scones, biscotti, granola, muffins, and more.

Wholesale

We are honored to bake for a number of great local coffee and retail shops. If you are a business owner and are interested in stocking our granola in your shop, please reach out to us so we can set you up with a wholesale account for ordering through our website, www.tuckercogranola.com. We offer free delivery with minimum purchase. 

Special Orders

Do you have a wedding or other special event coming up? Are you having a family get together? A business meeting? Do you want to enjoy some delicious sweets with out having to turn on your oven? We gladly accept special orders from our customers for whole batches of any of the items we sell at our farmers' markets, or can create custom orders for your event, including edible favors, and dessert bars.
